Publishing and unpublishing drafted posts

For a post to be visible on a toolkit, it must be published. Unpublished posts will not show up on the live toolkit and will be unavailable to audiences to customize and share. 

To publish/unpublish a singular post: 

• Hover over the post you’d like to publish. 
• Click the three dots and select ‘Publish’
• To unpublish a post, repeat the last two steps and select ‘Unpublish.’

To publish and unpublish multiple posts simultaneously (bulk publishing):

• Select all the posts you’d like to publish or unpublish. 
• Click the ‘Actions’ button on the right side followed by ‘Publish’ or ‘Unpublish’.

Note: In addition to publishing the posts, in order for the posts to be visible the overall toolkit must also be published. Make sure the circle on the left side menu is green and has the word “Published” to verify the toolkit is indeed published and live.
