Whitelabeling allows you to create a custom domain that reflects your organization’s brand across all your toolkits and the links people share. This helps your campaigns feel consistent from start to finish.
To set up a Whitelabel / Custom URL:
Enter an internal name and your redirect URL.
Choose the domain name you want to use — make sure it’s spelled correctly and that you have access to manage its DNS settings via your domain provider.
Sign into your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Domains) and find your DNS settings.
Create a new TXT record using the info provided on your Whitelabel setup page.
Create a new CNAME record with the instructions shown in your account.
Once the records are verified, you're all set — your toolkits will now display your custom-branded URL.
