Setting up a redirect URL

The redirect URL is where sharers will be sent if someone enters only the whitelabel URL (without specifying a toolkit) or if a toolkit link is broken.

To set up a redirect URL: 

• Below the whitelabel name, find the field for Redirect URL.
• Enter a URL relevant to your organization or cause.
• Choose whether to make it the default whitelabel—this will automatically apply it to all new toolkits.

This URL will automatically redirect sharers if an error occurs with your whitelabeled pages or when using an incomplete URL.
