How to Customize the "All Apps" Button for Mobile Sharing

The "All Apps" button is the mobile share option that lets visitors share posts to any app installed on their phone. You can customize this button to display a specific app (like Slack, Discord, or Reddit), and update its appearance under your organization’s settings.

Here's how to customize it: 

Go to the Settings page of your organization.

Scroll to the Mobile Sharing section and click Edit.

Select the Custom option.

Enter the name of the app you want people to share to.

Choose a button color by:

• Dragging the dot along the color palette, or entering a hex code.

Note: The color may be overwritten by your toolkit’s appearance settings.

Pick an icon to display instead of the default "All Apps" icon.

Save your changes or click "Restore Defaults" to return to the original "All Apps" option.

When visitors tap the customized button, their phone’s mobile menu will open, prompting them to choose from their commonly used apps.
