How to Update or Change your Subscription

Subscription tiers define your organization's limits on posts, team members, toolkits, and more. To learn more, visit our pricing page or contact sales@sosha.ai.

To make changes to your subscription:

Head to your organization’s “Subscription” page.

Click on “Upgrade Plan.”

‍OR Navigate to the “Settings” tab of your portal by clicking the icon on the right side, you'll land on the account settings page.

Click to “Go to Billing Portal”, and you'll be taken to our Stripe platform.

Choose your desired subscription tier and billing frequency (monthly, every 6 months, or annually) and then click continue. ‍

Note: SoSha applies discounts when subscribing to 6-month or 1-year plans.

Follow Stripe’s instructions to enter card information before clicking “Subscribe and Pay.”
