To make changes to your subscription:
Head to your organization’s “Subscription” page.
Note: Only the owner of the organization can make changes to the subscription.
Click on “Upgrade Plan.”
OR Navigate to the “Settings” tab of your portal by clicking the icon on the right side, you'll land on the account settings page.
Click to “Go to Billing Portal”, and you'll be taken to our Stripe platform.
Choose your desired subscription tier and billing frequency (monthly, every 6 months, or annually) and then click continue.
Note: SoSha applies discounts when subscribing to 6-month or 1-year plans.
Follow Stripe’s instructions to enter card information before clicking “Subscribe and Pay.”
