Only owners of an organization on SoSha can make changes to account subscription tiers and payment information. Learn more about subscription tiers on our pricing page.
You can access the billing portal in two ways:
After logging into SoSha (app.sosha.ai/portal/account), you can navigate to the portal by selecting “Go to Billing Portal” in the billing section of your Account Settings;
After you select an organization, go to the ‘Subscription’ tab on the left side. From there you can select “Upgrade plan” to navigate to the Billing portal.
The billing portal allows you to:
View your account’s current subscription tier;
View your subscription renewal date;
Select options to change or cancel your subscription;
Add or remove payment methods;
View or change your billing information;
View and download your invoice history;
Stripe Troubleshooting:
