How to cancel your SoSha subscription 

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription: 

• Head to your organization’s “Subscription” page and click on “I want to cancel my plan” OR Navigate to the “Account Settings” tab of your account portal, select “Go to Billing Portal”, and then click “Cancel Subscription”.
• From there, you’ll be directed to the Stripe page where you can complete the cancellation.
