How to Take your own Photo for a SoSha Post

With Sharer-Captured Media, you can easily take your own photo or video and share it within a post, making your content more personal and engaging. Simply snap a selfie or record a video to complete the post, and share it directly to your social media platform.

To share a post with your own picture using Sharer-Captured Media:

1. Choose a post by scrolling through the selection or using the filters on the left.
2. Select a post to share and edit the text by clicking the icon in the top right corner.
3. If the post includes a transparent overlay, you’ll see the option "Take a Picture."
4. Allow SoSha to access your camera—your photo will appear in the transparent areas of the overlay.
5. Take a selfie or flip the camera using the button on the right. If needed, press the ‘X’ button to retake the picture.
6. Once satisfied, tap the Share button in the center. A new window with sharing instructions will appear.
7. Follow the pop-up instructions for your platform and click Share.

SoSha does not store or record your login information—as long as you're logged into your social media account on your mobile device, the content will transfer seamlessly.
