Why can't I add a new member to my organization?

Only Admins have the ability to invite new members. Double check your role to confirm your status as an Admin if you run into problems when inviting new team members. 

Note: There is a maximum number of seats per organization an account can have based on the account subscription. 

• Growth subscribers can add up to three people per organization
• Pro subscribers can add up to six people‍
• Enterprise clients have access to a custom number of seats per organization
