- Best Practices when Uploading Visuals
- Use vertical images for Stories and TikTok (9x16).
- Create graphics with faces for better engagement.
- Let users upload their own media with prompts or overlays:
- Select photo or video upload.
- Select if you want instructions to help guide your sharer in what to do. Enter information you’d like to provide before they capture the content.
- Instructions: Text that is displayed to users before they capture the media.
- Prompt: Text that is displayed while users are recording a video.
- Select media format or upload camera overlay image
- Select how you want the media to display when shared (i.e. in a square or 9x16 for stories.)
- Camera Overlay: Upload a PNG or GIF image with transparency that will be displayed over the sharer's photo or video. Their camera will be activated when they click share on a post. Transparent areas in the overlay will show their photo.
