Before building toolkits and posts on SoSha, you'll need to set up an organization. Your organization serves as the home for all your toolkits, settings, and team collaboration.
All members of the organization can view existing toolkits, but their level of access will determine what they can access or edit within the organization. Different roles allow for different levels of control over toolkits and the organization as a whole.
If you’re new to SoSha, you’ll be prompted to create an organization before building your first toolkit.
Can I have more than one organization on my account?
Only Enterprise accounts allow multiple organizations. If you're interested in adding more organizations to your account, please reach out to sales@sosha.ai for assistance.
