Publishing or unpublishing your toolkit

To publish a toolkit:

• Select the Toolkit by opening the toolkit you want to publish.
• Check the Status by clicking the ‘Settings’ tab in the menu on the left.
• Below the toolkit name, you’ll see its status:some text
  • Red means Unpublished.
  • Green means Published.
  • You can also see the publication status while editing a toolkit in the left menu.
• Publish the Toolkit:
  • Click the ‘Publish’ button on the right.
  • Confirm by pressing ‘Continue.’
• Verify the Status: The status will update to a green ‘Published’ indicator.

To un-publish a toolkit:

• Follow the same steps to navigate to the Settings section.
• Click ‘Unpublish’ to take the toolkit offline.
• Confirm your choice to update the status to red ‘Unpublished.’

Note: Only published toolkits can be shared with your community. Make sure to review your toolkit before publishing.
