Exporting an analytics report 

Exporting an analytics report allows for access to more detailed performance data and allows for further data analysis in your platform of choice. 

To export an analytics report:

• Select the toolkit you’d like to view and then click the ‘Analytics’ tab on the left. 
• Click ‘Export a detailed report’ on the right side. ’

Common Questions

Why is my analytics report not loading?

Depending on the amount of data requested, it can take a few minutes for the information to load on the Google sheets. Try waiting a few minutes and if it doesn’t load, send an email to support@sosha.ai. 

How do I see analytics across multiple toolkits/an organization?

To view analytics for multiple toolkits or your entire organization:some text

• On the dashboard for your organization, click the ‘Analytics’ tab.
• Explore the analytics for your toolkits or across your organization.
